Payment, delivery and returns

I accept two methods of payment, Personal Cheque and Stripe.

Personal Cheque

Personal cheque is for UK customers only. Please send all cheque payments to:

Please make all cheques payable to Richard Bennett. Callers are welcome by appointment at The Studio to view work or discuss commisions but this is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - please email or phone 01726 76676 07786521486 first. Thank you.

To pay for a single artwork by cheque simply locate the artwork that you wish to purchase and click the Buy Now With Cheque link. This will generate a printable invoice; please print a copy and retain for yourself (this is not a receipt of purchase) and print another copy and enclose it with your cheque. If you have an queries please contact me.

Stripe

Payments are securely faciliated through Stripe. You do NOT need an account, and the facilty is FREE for you to use.

Dealers and Galleries

If you are a dealer or wish to purchase artworks for your gallery then you will be entitled to a discount if you buy prints in quantities of 10 or more. To discuss your discount terms please fill out the contact form.

Returns

We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases, if however you have any complaints or queries please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund any monies paid less our shipping costs upon return of the goods.

Postage

Please note that all lighter items are sent via First Class Delivery to the UK mainland, we use Parcelforce for heavier items. For international deliveries please contact me for a quote.
